Words cannot explain my frustration with UNISA!! I have written my final exams for LLB Law June 2013. To date I have had NO CORRESPONDENCE WHATSOEVER FROM UNISA!!! My status have not change from "FINAL YEAR STUDENT" to "QUALIFICATION COMPLETED" After numerous attempts of phone calls and emails NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY STATUS!!! Graduation department cannot help me according to them my record card has not been received by them. They told me to phone Division of Law - it's impossible to get through to them as their telephone is engaged from 8am to 17h00 every day!!! If I get through to student administration and graduation the staff CANNOT HELP ME!!! I have no information about my graduation that's taking place in a month's time. You are playing with my future and career. Due to your incompetent staff and poor administration I have lost out on positions I could have applied for if only I had my letter of completion of qualification!!! CAN SOMEONE FROM UNISA PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP???
