Firstly my wife and I cancel this course within 14 days and we are charged with 80 percent cancellation fee, then we appeal for the decision it is not changed while they continue to deduct my money.
Then I accept to pay the 80 percent cancellation madness and no one bother to call me or respond to my email for the calculation of this 80 percent cancellation fee.
I have been waiting for a response for more than three weeks now concerning the 80 percent cancellation fee that was granted after appealing for cancellation. Can someone please assist me on this regard. This morning ANOTHER deduction was made from my account. Can someone out there PLEASE do all the calculations from the registrations fee until today's deduction and let me know what must I pay to END this frustration I have had with INTEC.PLEASE!!
