Damelin Refund Issues

This complaint is in regards to Damelin refund process.
My wife registered in March 2012 to study Graphic Design, on the day of registration she made the necessary payment of R 8, 000.00 to register. A day later she decided to de-register and apply for a refund, this was all in line with the terms and conditions set out by Damelin. She filled in the needed forms for the refund and handed in all required documentation.
Up until today (26 August 2013) she has not received her refund. I contacted various individuals in the organization.
My first correspondence was with Charlene Naidoo, Finance Manager at Damelin Westridge. Charlene assured me that the refund will get done and indicated that the delay was because they were moving offices and restructuring the refund committee. She requested that we resend some of the documentation as they has been misplaced. We sent through all that was asked for thinking that the refund would get done timeously. After 5 weeks of waiting, no refund came through. I then contacted Educor (Holding company for Damelin), and spoke to Corlius van Rooyen, National Credit Manager, and explained the situation to him.
