Had to miss an exam last semester - went to site and filled out form for deferral. After a while of not hearing anything I tried to contact UNISA to query the status of my request. There is no call centre, everything is handled via email! Got confirmation email from UNISA, still waiting until now to actually hear something from anyone there. Have not had my subject deferred, have not heard anything from UNISA. What are we paying student fees for?
