Registration Nightmare

My registration was done correctly in the beginning of the month, and my study fees have been paid in full, yet on the my UNISA website it shows that I am not registered for this academic year and period. Despite numerous attempts to contact UNISA (SMS, email and phone calls) they have failed to communicate with me, or even attempt to try and resolve my problem.

Furthermore on the UNISA website, at the following link: [URL Removed], UNISA contact numbers for queries are displayed under student admission and registration. I phoned these numbers and every time I did get through I explained that I had a problem with UNISA, I kept having to hold on the line, or leave my number for someone to get back to me.

After a few days of having these problems, I was finally informed by a sales consultant that these contact numbers are in fact, contact numbers for MILLENNIA and not for UNISA. Why are these numbers FALSELY advertised as UNISA numbers?!!!

If this matter is not resolved within this week I will have to request my money back, so that I can study at another institution
