I have registered for 2013.
1 out of 4 accepted and paid for.
PRS1045 financially cancelled in nov 2012. I did not receive any statement telling me I have outstanding fees and it did not show up on my unisa website! My balance at end of 2012 was R0!!! Therefore stating I had paid all my fees which I remember doing so.
Now this is a prerequisite for the other 3 module I have registered for but on my unisa website is
"still in progress".
I have called (just rings no answer) and emailed and SMS numerous numbers for over 1 month now and no response to solve my problem! Unisa has been unhelpful and incompetent!!!
This is the 1st year I have had real issues with unisa!
Registration closes on Friday 25 th but unisa doesn't seem to care about students and their studies!!!
