I submitted my registration for four subjects. I received a response advising that I needed to provide proof of completing another subject to allow me to register for this investment subject. I explained that UNISA had made a mistake and opened another degree under which the required subject had been registered. I requested that this degree be cancelled the the subject transferred to my correct degree. UNISA did this but didn't bother to register me for the Investment subject. I've followed up twice and received no response. This is the service that I've come to expect from UNISA (it took me a year to get my name changed) but it would be nice if you stopped messing with my studies and my future.
