Why is it when it suits huge institutes that we pay thousands of rands, to empower ourselves to omit telling you that when you enrol for a course that the course expires. I enrolled for a course with Damelin correspondence College for a course on Principals of Payroll Administration in October 2009, and paid in full, for the course and the exams. First it was a mission to get my study material from them, and upon receiving the study material I didn't receive a student card, I had to call them to find out what my student number was. Unfortunately I couldn't finish the course then. Now that I enquire as to completing the course I am told that the course has expired. Surely they should be able to see that you haven't finished your course and allow you to finish it??? Especially if it was paid in full and your exams were paid as well???
