Students pay thousands for bus but left behind

I wish you guys can indeed help. for months now we've been urging the TUT management to make available more buses for students. our pleas have fallen on deaf ears, we approached them with many signed petition letters from students yet they still refuse to take action. the problem is they provide a single bus to collect hundreds of students from town to garankuwa. what this means is they often carry overload which endangers students lives, on numerous occasions they have left behind tens of students that means students then miss classes. we pay 1600 for the year for the bus. they even charged 1600 to students whom stay in res to cross subsidize. because of the worry of buses leaving students and thus failing to meet criteria for examinations based on attendance students fight and push to get on the bus. i am a student my self of the university im afraid if this matter is left unresolved we will have to resort to a more militant approach. we are not animals, we pay for these buses. maybe media exposure will get them to play ball. please feel free to call me back. iv got recorded footage on my phone can send it to you
