The past months I have been happy, delighted that am done with my degree @ uj (finally) so I decided to check my academic record and then I get a shock of my life.. My record is blocked reason being to library fine.. Am confused now. I decided to email the person responsible and I was informed that I owe the library a book taken out in 2006 . I tried to remember the reason y I didn't return the book I cudnt fine 1. My biggest concern is y wasn't I informed about the missing book during that time, I mean frm 2006 till 2013 I only find out now when am jus about to graduate when they decide to block me.. Couldn't they block me in 2006 y now??? I mean the libray fine has been accumulating... Y y y y y... Am actually very livid.
