StratCol Debited My Account And Refuse To Assist

StratCol is a company that collects monies from different institutions via debit order, this morning at 7:23 the debited my account with R199 and R199, totalling to R598, i went to my bank Absa today (31 July 2013) to reverse it, and they reversed it successfully, and gave me details for this company, then i called in, i was assisted by Phindile Baloi, she gave me the details of the company that forwarded my details to them, which are as follows: Platinum Credit Card, Tel: 0861100090/50 then she said i must call back if i don't get hold of the company (Platinum Credit Card), i called them Platinum Credit Card, but i was put on hold until i was disconnected, then i tried again, i was not answered, i called again for the 3rd time, i was told its a wrong number, so then i decided to call Phindi back as she instructed me, then she gave me bad attitude, questioning everything i was telling her, she doesn't even give me time to explain my situation. then i asked to speak to her manager, she refused, ask her to transfer me to another consultant, she refused again, then told me if i cant get hold of the company details she gave me, then there's nothing she can do.
