I phoned yesterday to find out where my fianc? 's books are, because he only received 2 of the 4 books. We have been waiting for his English books. I finally got hold of someone at despatch that was able to assist, but we were informed that the English books are out of stock?! Now clearly it is not the person at despatches fault that there are no books, but I want to know who is responsible for this. How can a University function if it is OUT OF STOCK??? DON'T YOU PLAN AHEAD?? We pay a lot of money for the studies and for service, but this is clearly not service, this is pathetic!!! Exactly how many complaints should be lodged before someone will reply and try and fix the problem???
