NO RESPONSE/HELP AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLS

I am currently studying a BCom Business Management Degree through UNISA, When registering for my second year subjects I noticed that i had a few pre-requisite modules which it says i need to do before certain other modules, however these pre-requisites are not listed under the modules pertaining to my degree!

I have sent many emails to various UNISA employees - my 1st one being on the 18 of January 2013 and the last e-mail sent being 20 of June 2013... to date i still have not received any response from UNISA with regards to this issue!

I have gone ahead and registered for a module this semester without doing the pre-requisite as it is not on my list - if it comes back that I have paid for this module and cannot actually do it i will be extremely annoyed as i need to continue with my degree and have no other choice but to make the decision to go ahead with these modules since UNISA cannot answer me or even find the time to respond!!!
