I have not recieved any assistance

I have tried to register online for my 2013 course and the website had constant trouble.
I finally tried again in January and still recieved error messages while trying to register.
I have sent mails on 03/01/2013 and on 10/01/2013 asking for assistance and have recieved no response.
Registration closes in a few days and I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY HELP!
I am seriously worried that I won't get a chance to study this year, becuase I am running out of time to register.

Please can someone in UNISA contact me and answer my mails.
