I am very sorry, but STRATCOL continues to make the same excuse for the same amount which is coming off all of our accounts for R99???
Surely Stratcol can stop this company which is in Durban from taking off the R99 from our accounts. I am not the only person who has complained about the same story. Stratcol did give me a number to previously call these people in Durban whom I contacted. The stopped taking off the R99 for 2 months. Now last month they changed the debit order amount to R349 and my reference!
I DO NOT ACCEPT that Stratcol is not taking responsibility for these! I FEEL IT IS STRATCOLS DUTY TO ENSURE THAT THE CONSUMERS ARE PROTECTED AND NEED TO PUT IN MORE STRINGENT CHECKS IN PLACE WHEN SIGNING UP THEIR CUSTOMERS! What is Stratcol doing about this?
And just by the way, Nedbank does not charge me to do the reversals of these.
The banks should charge Stratcol for these!
