I contacted CTI Educational Group in regards to enrolling my child at one of their institutions and I was unfortunately assisted by one rude lady by the name of Iris Afana. I am surprised to even learn that such a company can hire someone who is soooooo rude with a very bad attitude towards the client. To make matters worse her english is horrible and pathetic. I certainly cannot enroll my child in CTI's school if they fail to train their own staff and provide them with good communication/command skills.
I was utterly disgusted to have received such service from this rude woman and will not recommend any students or parents to enroll their children at any educational institutes that fall under CTI.
