Pathetic Communications for Students

I have registered with Unisa for two courses on Wednesday last week and had made payment for the registration the day after. I did the registration process online. One course gave me an error upon registration as it claimed I was already registered for this course, error below:-

The other course was supposed to be registered as it was pending payment. I have logged in today to find that my registration of these courses have not been done. I have sent unisa an email of the problem on Thursday last week, to date I have no correspondence from them apart from an automatic response email. I have tried to call the registration offices listed on the website who seem to be letting the line ring 4 to 5 times before hanging up. I waited 5mins and tried again to find the line cconsistantly off the hook. I would like to be contacted urgently with regards to my registration as I need to know what needs to be done to put this issue to rest.
