Its been 2 years that I have settled my account but have been receiving statements that my account is not settled. When I became aware of this, I contacted INTEC college whom in turn told me that they have an accounting system problem and that I should ignore but to my surprise the matter was handed to NCRA for debt recovery. I checked my ITC credit profile which in turn said I still owed INTEC so I then contacted NCRA to get a clarification about the matter and yes indeed the account was settled. Upon hearing that I requested a settlement letter which I received after 4 days while it was said that it only takes upto 48 hours and upto now, my credit profile hasn't been updated
