I have been calling Unisa Parow for the past two days!! Every time i call i get placed in the line, which i have no problem with. What i do have a problem with is R70.00 airtime later I still have not spoken to a unisa consultant. Why may you ask, well i was placed 12 in line at the beginning of the call. It went down to 3, then all of the sudden i went back to 19 in the line!! Right is i still waited. I went from 19 down to 6, then suddenly i was 12 again. What the, so i waited again, THIRD TIME!!! I got through to a lady that was rude, and after a few minutes of going back and forth, she dropped the line on me just like that!!! This is the most frustrated I most disappointing services I have EVER received in my life!!! Please UNISA GET IT TOGETHER!!! U are playing with peoples futures here!!!
