Refund on ICB registration fee

I have been in contact with the Boksburg branch in regarding my refund for my ICB registations fees from the 13 April 2013. Every time I queried about the refund there was documents that needed to be attached. Now the problem at head office where the refund is granted where the refund was to be paid out during last week from the 1st to the 5th of July. This did not happened. When I contacted Shantal again she can not give me the time or day on this. This is not exeptable this is money that they owe me and this is the tretment they show to studiens.
