Wrote the june 2013 exam but unisa claim I did not

Dear Sir
Am student No 44544480 studying Bcompt Acc at Unisa. I sat for exams for 4 modules in the just ended june 2013 exams. Apparently now, I did not write a module ACN3084 which I sat for on 22 May 2013
.As you can imagine, this is very scary and just shows the confusion taking place at this Institution!
Luckily, we can still count on your help. Otherwise we would be in total trouble.
I thank I still kept a student copy of the attendance register for the same module. I have mailed the proof of this to Unisa.
I am totally dissapointed with this and just need your timely assistance in this matter because I need to get all my results.
