I am a current student at Unisa, before the may/june exam i requested for them to move one of my exams FAC1502 which they did, during this same exam period i had 4 other exams which i wrote - during this time i recieved another email from the exams department stating that they had moved my 4 exams that was written already to the following exam period with FAC1502! I have been trying to reach them from may to try and rectify this as this is now causing extra costs for me and also preventing me from registering for the second semester. I've have send about the 20th email and tried to contact them so many time i have lost count and i still have not recieved any respones, they never reply to any email and they never ever answer any phone you can phone until you are blue in the face there is never an answer!!!
the registration dates for the second semester end on 12 July and i am still unable to resolve the problems because NO RESPONSE from Unisa - I need someone to contact me so that i am able to RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE!!!
