Still awaiting confirmation of supplementary exam

To whom it may concern,

I emailed UNISA (and the necessary departments) at the end of April to inform them and apply for a supplementary exam for Ocotber 2013 as the May/June exams came in the middle of a big work project. All my fees where paid up, I don't owe UNISA a cent. I have yet to receive confirmation from UNISA regarding the OCtober supplementary exam or even reimburse me of my study fees in an alternative scenario. This poor communication from UNISA, in other industries, people would be fired for such incompetencies.
