UJ faculty officer Zodwa Yende very rude

I am going for my 3rd year at uj now and ever since year one my BA HRM faculty officer has always given me a bad attitude, she often sends me away when I ask for her help and I have to beg her to help as she is the only one who deals with students subjects, etc. Her attitude is very bad and many others I know has complained. She needs to be fired and a new faculty officer needs to be appointed.
