Dear Sir/ Madam
I have sent countless emails, sms s and tried calling UNISA to find out if my application to study Bachelor of commerce honours in business management has been approved so I can register and commence with my studies this year.
Every time I email I receive a response that my application is still in progress. But registration for semester one closes on the 25th of January 2013 which is at the end of this week.. And I have been trying to get an answer since November. My sms s where never answered and the telephone just rings, no one answers it.
On the UNISA website under contact us. it clearly says email or sms or call UNISA. no one responds to any of thoses methods.
UNISA was more than happy to take my application fee but now they have completely ignored me.
please assist as soon as possible so I dont miss the registration date
