Dear sir
Am student Number 44544480 studying Bcompt Accounting at Unisa. I paid R 2, 500 as final fees for my first semester on 12th April 2013 and even emailed the proof of transfer to Unisa on the 15th of April 2013. As you are aware, this is now close to 2 months since the transaction was done. To date, no credit has been passed in my account regarding this amount. Besides, there is a debit balance which now seems to be growing every day.
It just seems that without your help, we would never get any feedback from the university.
Kindly help me with this issue as I do not want to miss my exam results in the name of this mess!
