After 2 years of complaints I have finally managed to apply for studies.
In order to complete the application I had to submit some documents which I have submitted twice to the Parow offices. I thereafter registered online, and 2 days thereafter, received an email, stating that my registration could not be processed, as they require the submission of documents. The documents stipulated being the exact same documents I submitted on the 3rd of June 2013 for the second time.

The letter I received also advised that I fax the documents for the attention of a employee, which I did this week. I also replied on the email received to aadvise that I have submitted the documents.

I have however not received any reply.

I went to track my registration online, but it still reflects as incomplete: awaiting documents.

This is causing endless frustration and I have to constantly waste leave days as well as money driving to the unis office to submit and resubmit the same documents.
