I completed my fist subject and sent it in with what i thought was a form to receive my next subject. I got no reply, they did not even inform me that i sent in the wrong form. I phoned to find out when i will receive my material and then only did they inform me that i did not have the form so the person assisting me said they will complete the form for me and i will receive my material in a week. A week later, no material so i phoned again to be informed that they still dont have the form.
i am still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding what i must do
The customer service is poor. I should of been informed from the beginning that i sent in the wrong form. It is now half way through the month. I am paying but i am unable to study
