I have paid for a course in full after emailing Ulindi Fourie. At first it would be 3-5 working days for me to get my study material. After payment it was 10 working days. I followed up with Ulindi with no reply, sent another email the next day and got a reply from Julie Cohen saying they are moving offices and she will find out where my study material is and let me know. This was on Tuesday, i emailed AGAIN today, no reply. Before payment i got replies within one hour of every email i sent but once payment was made that good customer service went down the drain
