I cancelled my studies on the 10th of January 2013 with a Student Support Agent and was told that it would take between 30-90days for my refund to be processed. I enquired again during the middle of March and was then told that my refund was only processed on the 8th of March (after all documents was submitted) and that I should give it 30 - 90 days for the money to be in my bank account. I phoned them again on the 11th of June as the 8th of June went pass (your 90 days exceeded now) and I still don't have any deposit from Intec and was again told that they are still working on my refund. Why do I have to make contact time and time again with them? Why cant anyone advise me what is going on? Why cant any of the staff tell me when I will receive my money back? I have given you the 90 days to process the refund - why yet again another delay? Please can someone tell me when I will get my R2689.00 back from Intec as I have waited long enough now! I will never ever advise anyone to study with Intec - they are beyond pathetic!!!
