i am a newly registered student with intec college. I registered in April for a Paralegal Diploma course. After being told i would receive my study material within 21days nothing happened. i phoned and phoned but was sent from pillar to post. Then i decided to change my course, i was told to settle my account which i did. to this date the transfers department has not successfully changed my course. I have paid Intec College an amount of R2453.00 and i don't even know what i am paying for hence i don't even have one book. intec college has wasted my time because i will no longer be able to write exams as i intended to do so in August. when i phone no body wants to take any responsibility whatsoever am constantly put on hold or cutoff. i will not pay one more. please refund my money so i can go to another college. you have frustrated me so much.
