Delivery and communication failure

I registered with Damelin in 2010 January and I was due to write my exams in October. After registering with them I was suppose to complete my registration with the Dpt of Education (this they did not let me know initially when I registered). Registration completion at the Dpt of Education closed in March 2010, Damelin call me in August to notify me.
