I am enrolled with Damelin Correspondence College for the HR Management Course.
The closing date to purchase previous exam papers was Friday, 3 May 2013.
I was out of the country and requested my colleague to order the June & November 2011 papers for the subjects I am writing exams on. She made the payment and sent both the order forms and proof of payment to the fax number that was supplied ON THE ORDER FORM. When I arrived at my office on Monday, 6 May 2013, we realised that the fax never went through. The simple reason is that the fax number that is supplied by the college on the 'PREVIOUS EXAM PAPER ORDER FORM : 2013', is wrong.
I phoned Damelin immediately and emailed the documents and fax report as they requested. Since then, I have been phoning and sending emails but all to no avail. The exam dates are 10 & 11 June (less than a week from now) and I am not thoroughly prepared to write. Should I fail, it will be both money and time that is wasted.
