Last year I switch my qualification at Unisa. Some of the modules I've done with the previous qualification can be transferred to my new Qualification since it is the same modules and I don't have to complete them again.
I asked them to transfer these credits to my new qualification on the 6th of February 2013 (note that i did include in my mail that I've send that i will complain on Hello Peter if i didn't get a response) and they gave me a very quick response the following day by saying it will be transferred when the registration closes (15/03/2013).
However, it never happened. Since then I emailed them 3 times asking if they can give me feedback regarding this with no response until date. I do get automatic replies when sending the mails that they acknowledge the receipts of my mails.
This is very poor! Especially now that they don't have a call centre any more and you can contact them only by mail or sms. One rarely receive feedback.
