On the 31/06/2012 I did pay y course fee at Intec College, I did discover that I was actually overcharged with the amount of R1560. I contacted them and was ensured that I would receive my refund within 90 days. Since that time I was forwarded from Student Service to Finance and ended up at their Complaints Department, whenever I call or send them an email I do receive a response that a certain Department head are now sorting out my complaint. It is now 10 month since Intec received my payment. If it was me that owned them the outstanding balance I would have been Blacklisted and forced by their lawyers to pay double the amount at hand.
