I had registered my nephew with Intec College in February he decided that he could not continue with his studies with the college. Then I contacted Intec requesting for cancellations, many of the consultants that I spoke to told me it was not possible to de-register with Intec until I spoke to the guy called Clyde Bam. He spoke to me on the 11 April 2013 and he advised me on what I need to do to in order to de-register. He sent me an email that I should settle my account then for R1675 with the ref: 100115896921 on the 26th April 2013.
Then on the 26th I noticed that they had already debited my account for R502.00 with ref 10011602339 and R165.00 with ref 10011589692 so I made a payment of R1000. I called them and they confirmed that the money is reflecting and my account is settled.
now today (24th May 2013) I see that they have again debited me for R502.00 and R165.00.
The student number of the learner is: 10011589692.
I am very very unhappy with the way Intec conducted themselves from the word go when I registered with them, they have been anything but professional.
