Since January I tried to change my surname from my maiden surname to my new surname. Every month I send through a request to change my surname, and every time when they respond they ask me for a certified copy of my marriage certificate. Then I send the copy of the certificate to the person that emailed me back.
I have done this exercise 4 times now, and my surname is still not changed. I wrote one of my exams the other day, and I had to explain the whole situation to the supervisor because they did not want to accept my test under my new surname.
There is also no call centre to phone and find out what the problem is, and no one comes back to me to say what the problem is.
