Went to van schaik and bought 2 pens. Asked for a pilot G2 0.7 and a pilot G2 10.
Get to work and realize i have been given a pilot G2 0.7 and a pilot G2 0.5!!!
Within an hour i am back at the Van Schaik to change it because it is not what i asked for, but they refuse!!!
they tell me that they told me they were out of stock of the 10. I tell them that i DID NOT hear them mention anything about the pen i want being out of stock and could they just change it. They refuse. so now, im left there arguing about what i did and didnt hear, which is absolute nonsense. if you were clear, i woulde heard you say that you dont have the type i want and i WOULD NOT have made a purchase. Secondly im told that since i didnt take a receipt, they cant do an exchange. WHAT??? i was asked if i wanted a receipt and i said no because how was i to know that you could possibly get an order of just 2 pens wrong??? secondly, why even have that option if you know it eventually works at the customers inconveince. The Van schaik hardly ever has any customers so you know i was there just an hour ago???
i just cant believe it.
