No service and No refund

My Son registered to do his matric through Intec. We were pressured to make a sizable deposit before 31/12/2012.
Once this deposit was made, all services went on a "go slow" We informed Intec of my Son's subject change in Dec and by March they were still sending change of subject forms. Books only arrived in March along with and exam timetable for April and listing exams that were supposed to be written already. Emailed gets no response, Melvyn Moodie does not respond as promised and all I am told it that it is policy and procedure to wait 60-90days for my refund?
Is Intec getting interest on my R6500.00 deposit? If policy and procedure had been followed in the first place by Intec there would not have been a need to cancel. Melvyn promised me feedback when we spoke before Easter and to date I have had not response to my emails or phone calls.
My son now has to wait another year before he can complete his matric. This is not acceptable!!!
