I applied for a loan on the 24th of December 2015 and chose the incorrect date. I then called the call centre notifying them of the mistake I did, he told me that he will escalate the query to the IT to amend the day and he will call me the very same day . he never did and I decided to send an email on the very date telling them that am knocking off and am accepting the contract as I need to use the money.
no one called me and no one responded back to me with that enquiry. I then received a call from collection department saying that they never received a payment and I explained to the guy that I called to change the date to the 25th of January 2016 and he told me that he can see both dates on the system which is the 9th that I mistakenly chose and the 25th I asked them to changed too .
now I received a call from them and I've been penalized alone on this matter. am complaining about bank charges as money was not sufficient for debit order to go through and am told that am at fault .
what am asking here is no one came back to me, I called and send an email but no one had a decency of contacting me and notifying me about the situation I was left in a dark as customer. they don't care, they only care when we only come to them and borrow money after that what's happening to us they don't wanna know
if I drop an email requesting to be contacted regards a loan application they do make sure that they attend to that email but if is us querying anything that hasn't do with them getting a sale they don't care
am now have to pay my bank charges alone, which is not fair and they even debited me twice. I have 2 unreturned orders and bank charged me twice, me alone have to pay that.
