Gustav quoted me on stack doors over 5 weeks ago. The quote was accepted and the deposit done. I was assured that after 3 weeks the installation would take place. After 4 weeks I contact Gustav who assured my that by Thursday 18th April, he would install. He did not show up which prompted another call and he once again assured me installation would take place by Tuesday 23rd April. As usual he did not pitch and said he would install on Thursday 25th April. On Thursday at 12h00, he called me to say he is at my home and want to measure up. This was done 4 weeks earlier, so the mind boggles. He said he would be there on Friday to install the frames and once again did not pitch. Throughout the process he never called to apologise for not showing up. I had to continuously follow up with him and heard almost very excuse under the sun. On Saturday I called him instructing him to place the deposit back in my account with interest accrued.
Thus far the money is not in my account and have handed the matter over to my attorney.
The worst service experience I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY from Gustav and shoreacarpentary.
