Building work not complete

Agreement with BATM was to build 2 flats in the back of my yard, do paving and put a gate at the front of my house, the agreement was from Oct 2012 and completion Dec 2012. In Feb work was still not completed and Martin demand the rest of the money to complete. The following was as that stage outstanding.
1. Paving
2. Gate
3. Washing lines
4. Doors between garage and flat
5 Fence
6. Electrical meters
7. Work that was not up to standard eg Plumbing (Wrong valves) and grout not 100%
Only paving was done, but paving but not up to standard, measurements was incorrect around the flats, wrong paving stones, paving was not filled with sand and is not level.
