At the end of February I contracted the above company to put in new cupboards in my kitchen. The quotation I received promised to have the cupboards to be completely installed in 13 days after my paying 70% of the bill (i.e 10 days for the company to source the materials and 3 days to install). However soon after paying the initial amount Morris became elusive and we had to call him several times before he came to put in the cupboards. Instead of taking 3 days, it took nearly two weeks. I then paid the remaining amount just before he completed the work, big mistake! Then I highlighted to him some mistakes which his workers had made and he promised to fix them. It has been two months since we made the first payment and went into agreement with him but two cupboards remain without doors and some of the paneling has a different colour to the rest of the cupboards. Repeated calls and emails to Morris have been ignored or he quickly hangs up on hearing my voice.
At the same time he took my old cupboards which was not part of our agreement and despite kindly asking him to return them, this too has been ignored.
