Boulavard Place a building in Century City run by Rabie Property Group is currently being painted by GVK.
While painting they splattered paint on my vehicle which I then reported to "Zulfa" from Rabie. She then shifted me to talk to "Tiekie" from GVK to sort out who basically said they will NOT take responsibility for damages which might have been caused as the proper steps for things like this not to occur should have been taken by Rabie. This is after I have complained to Zulfa and she telling me it is their problem,
He then further advised "That Rabie should have told people to have cars moved cause wind can also play a factor and they can't help for it". Then witnessing them covering cars with plastic AFTER I HAVE COMPLAINED TO RABIE, a clear indication of the fault at hand. If mine was covered with plastic I should have not had any paint splatter. I explained to him that I have washed the car, no change being the result showing him pictures, his attitude towards that was that "It should come off as it is water based, I can have the car washed but that's as much as he can do.
Why should I, a tenant of Boulavard Place have to deal with issues RABIE AND THEIR CLIENT CAUSED!
