On 29 January 2013 I signed a contract for Urbie to install two prepaid electricity meters and transferred R2600 to his Nedbank account. To date, 22 April 2013, he has not installed anything, and he has not refunded me. After several phone calls by me and a phone call from the Brooklyn Police, he has not responded. Watch out for him.
