Followed up 2x I got hold of her of which she advised they don't have better bricks

Get to site she also saw their poor bricks
Told her to give me money back including delivery money she agreed
A few hours later she wants to give me extra poor quality bricks told her no I want money back
She promised I'm calculating the money she will Call back and she never came back to me
Asked her to makale my money force refund and she must drop it at my house when she collects her bricks until now
She promised to put money in the account she advices in two hours until now
She is not professional
She doesn't listen as well
She is inconvencing me big time
