I ordered and paid for a corregated sheet metal from Builders Warehouse, Cape Gate, Brackenfel on the 03 April 2013. The oreder went through to Safintra in Brackenfel. The salesman at Builders told me that delivery should take about two days. On the 15 April, I informed the salesman that I never received the corrogated sheet. He followed it up and was informed by Safintra that the price was wrong and the sent a fax to inform them. He said that he never received te fax. Safintra said that they did not have stock either. He contacted Maxsteel in Bellville, but delivery can only take place in 10 days. I spoke to Brandon the supervisor at Builders. He contacted Maxsteel, spoke to their manager and got a commitment from him that delivery will take place the following day (Wednesday). Wednesday at 15h00 I went back to Builders that delivery never happened. He spoke to Maxsteel and kept me informed and at 20h00, my sheets arrived. Thank you Brandon at Builders Warehouse and Maxsteel. That was EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Brandon, you kept your word, followed up and kept me informed. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
