We have just had the worst experience ever with Eagle's Renovators and Stephanie Deysel. She started her job of sanding our undamaged parquet floors on 3 April and we had to cancel the contract on 9 April after she left our floors with scratches, rough and uneven dull patches, to say the least. All we wanted was smooth and shiny floors, now we have to pay another contractor at least R9500 to redo the job and fix her mess. She also alleges that her garage was broken into and tools were at some point during the job, which I highly doubt and will bet she has told many others before.
We paid a 50% deposit and are now taking the matter to our lawyers to recover the same.
DO NOT USE THIS LADY AND HER TEAM TO WORK AT YOUR PREMISES, PLEASE! You will be disappointed, for sure. So even if she is one of the lowest quotes, it will cost you more to repair the damage after she started.
We honestly do not think they know what they are doing.
