Duroports quoted to put a varanda around my house, Adrian the owner was very friendly and promised to do the veranda and would give me a years guarentee.
the veranda was completed and i paid him in full, i was assured by Adrian that if i had any problems just to contact him, the very next day i discovered the roof sheeting was not secured on the one side and the gutters were not sealed. I contacted Adrian and he promised to come through to fix the problem, this has been almost 2 weeks later and he has still not arrived to fix the problem. In fact i had to get up on the roof to secure the sheeting as it was about to blow off in the weekend storms.
He puts his phone off and does not respond to messages left.
I would like Adrian May to fix the problem and honour his guarentee ..
