I purchased a Groupon voucher for a mirrored jewellery cabinet a few weeks ago. I received the cabinet only a few days after my purchase which had me very excited. However, on opening the box, I quickly discovered that the mirror was chipped, clearly due to negligence in assembling it on their side. I immediately contacted Wheco Group to arrange an exchange but was told that I am to replace the mirror, at MY OWN COST and then REQUEST a reimbursement from them!!! How ridiculous! The "customer care consultant", RosemarI Lubbe, that I dealt with is very unaccomodating and unprofessional. I have informed her that this will be the first and LAST time I deal with this company! Although their furniture is beautiful, the customer care (OR LACK THEREOF) that one has to endure is just not worth it! Needless to say, I'm disgusted and nothing will change my mind about Wheco Group.
